Do I need to vaccuum my own carpets prior to you steam cleaning them?

It is always recommended that you vacuum carpets before you use a steam cleaner on them so that there is no debris or residue, but if you are not able to do it yourself we are able to provide vacuuming as well.

How should I prepare the space for cleaning?

Ideally all furniture, clothes, toys, etc. should be removed or moved out of the way prior to cleaning.

What other steps should I take prior to having my space steam cleaned?

Dusting baseboards and other surfaces will eliminate dirt being blown around the room from the steam cleaning machine. It is also a good idea to pre-treat heavy stains with stain cleaner prior to having them steam cleaned, be sure not to try to scrub the area afterwards or the stain will penetrate deeper into the carpet.
