Steam Cleaning

Nothing is more noticeable than a stained and dingy carpet, we have the equipment and experience to clean carpets and carpet tile floors quickly and effectively. This includes clean high-traffic carpeted office floors, older and stained residential carpet flooring, and delicate rugs. We have a unique way to approach the carpet so their any stain left behind and for the carpet to smell great.  

We use a three-step approach to making your carpet look and feel new. We start with what we call pre-spay. Pre-spray is the process in which we target very visible stains and apply (AAAAAA) for the carpet to soften so the stain can be removed easier in the later process. 

 After that's done we use our Buff Machine to remove all stains and bring to the surface any dirt or bacteria. The Buff machine is Criswell to use because it removes even the hardest stains. Depending on your carpet we can equip the right brush so that your carpet receives the care it needs.  

For the final step, we use our Steam Clean Machine the “Warrior”.The warrior will dispense water at a minimum of 400 PSI while it sucks it right up. What this does is, by dispensing water at that high of a pressure it removes all stains and dirt trapped within the carpet and brings it to the surface where it sucks it up. Once it does that it sucks up the dirty water and leaves a combination of water and (AAAAA) so your carpet can smell good. This process won't only clean your car[pet but t will also give it great sent and will revive its natural texture. 

Q: Do I need to vaccuum my own carpets prior to you steam cleaning them?

A: It is always recommended that you vacuum carpets before you use a steam cleaner on them so that there is no debris or residue, but if you are not able to do it yourself we are able to provide vacuuming as well. 

Q: How should I prepare the space for cleaning?

A: Ideally all furniture, clothes, toys, etc. should be removed or moved out of the way prior to cleaning. 

Q: What other steps should I take prior to having my space steam cleaned? 

A: Dusting baseboards and other surfaces will eliminate dirt being blown around the room from the seam cleaning machine. It is also a good idea to pre-treat heavy stains with stain cleaner prior to having them steam cleaned, be sure not to try to scrub the area afterwards or the stain will penetrate deeper into the carpet.
